Brad Paterson is an evangelist, pastor, and communicator with a heart for sharing the Gospel in ways that are real, honest, and down-to-earth.

He grew up in the small country town of Mukinbudin, where his mum gave her life to Jesus during a mini revival that swept through their community. Brad often says his faith began with her decision, and he loves to honour her for raising him in a home where faith was alive and real.

Brad and his wife, Skye, have been married for nearly 22 years and together they’re raising 4 kids — from their 17-year-old son down to their newest little one, born in February. With children spanning such a wide age gap, Brad knows the challenges and joys of life in every season.

Today, Brad serves as Senior Pastor at Kalamunda Church, preaching God’s Word, walking alongside people, and encouraging them to live out their faith with authenticity. But he’s not only a pastor — he’s also a shearer. Out in the shed with a handpiece in hand, Brad finds both strength and grounding. Whether it’s one sheep or hundreds, shearing keeps him fit, sharp in the Word, and connected to real, everyday life.

Brad has also enjoyed sharing his story and his faith on Vision Radio, where he speaks with honesty about struggles, victories, and the hope he’s found in Jesus.

His passion is to show that God is present not just in the pulpit, but in the shearing shed, the home, and the heart.
